Your tasks:

• Individual support for psychosocial development and the professional integration/rehabilitation process
• Psychosocial support, coaching and application training
• promotion of key qualifications and acquisition of teaching units
• acquisition of jobs, active placement in enterprises
• Contact care and network work

Your profile:

• degree of social education/pedagogy or comparable qualification
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation/integration or comparable experience in work with participants from the SGB II and III area
• Resource and solution-oriented attitudes and a holistic educational approach are desirable
• Team-oriented work and a pronounced social and intercultural competence

The job is written in full time. On request, however, a job in parttime is also possible, this can be individually agreed.
