Responsibility for facility management services in the cluster and ensuring contractual requirements. Building and maintaining close relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of service. Implementation and monitoring of processes for continuous improvement of team performance. Budget and financial management, including compliance with financial processes and savings targets.

Multiannual professional experience in facility management or comparable position and function. Leadership experience in larger corporate structures. Experience in managing complex customer structures and teams. Knowledge of budgeting, financial processes and performance management. Strategic and solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills. Own-responsible, structured working and team capacity. Flowing German and English skills. Ready for occasional missions.
