As a working student: you work directly in the control center of one of the largest automation programs of the E.ON Group network companies - close to decisions, close to real projects around RPA and Power Platform solutions. You keep the demand management running: You’re puggling the backlog, preparing control rounds, coordinating customer contact and ensuring that requirements flow cleanly into the program. If you understand the system from the inside, we also get responsibility for the future in the medium term - in customer projects and workshops. We are looking for you if you want to grow on and with the task.

Backlog care: You take care and quality assurance of the central Jira-demand and EPIC backlog and ensure its topicality and transparency. Order & Offer Management: You're begging the central order list and actively participating in the preliminary work for the creation of a quote. Priority & Control: You prepare prioritization and control rounds in terms of content and organization and thus contribute to efficient decision-making processes. Stakeholder communication: You support demand management in customer contact via email and coordinate coordination with internal stakeholders. Documentation & Presentation: You first want presentations, summarizes workshops and compiles meaningful protocols. Automation potentials: You support our business analysts in the analysis and documentation of automation potentials.

You are in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL with Digitization Focus or comparable degree programs A structured, careful operation and high reliability characterize you. And you can keep things going You present yourself in words and writing with high communication and show professional handling of internal and external contacts You have a high affinity for digital tools and interest in automation and digital transformation You bring excellent knowledge of German (at least C1 level), communicate easily in English and are ready for occasional journeys within Germany
