Project Manager (m/w/d) Optimization of Maintenance Processes

You conduct the project “Optimisation of Maintenance Processes VTG” as part of the Lean Maintenance and Network Strategy program. Together with all stakeholders, you identify optimization needs, coordinate measures, develop and pilot new processes and successfully implement them. You take responsibility for the budget planning process of the VTG maintenance budget. For this purpose, you create the planning calendar, coordinate and consolidate planning inputs, recognize optimization requirements and finalize the planning with the controlling. The under-year monitoring and the under-year control of the maintenance budget are also part of your task – you analyze budget developments, identify needs for action, and conduct actions together with the KPI responsible measures. You will continue to develop interfaces within the operating area as well as our sales, customer service and controlling partners to ensure smooth cooperation. You take the lead in creating and consolidating executive and advisory board documents.

You have a successful degree in economics or a comparable qualification. You are willing to take responsibility and independently pursue goals. It makes you happy to inspire people and bring them to a table to develop and implement improvements together. Your work is structured and coordinated. You bring numbers and system affinity, especially when dealing with WAMOS, HERMES and superset. Communication skills in German and English distinguish you. Good knowledge of the rental and maintenance business complete your profile.
