Your duties include: Daily monitoring and analysis of political, economic and regulatory developments Monitoring legislative procedures, political initiatives and funding programmes Creation of information, decision and briefing templates for internal stakeholders and supervisors Research on public-private partnership projects and cooperation opportunities Support for consulting internal departments on funding programmes and PPP projects Preparation and organisation of meetings, workshops and events with partners from politics, business and administration Participation in specialist events, conferences, trade fair appearances and online digital conferences Working on Public Affairs and Public-private partnership projects Preparation of presentations, reports, newsletters and other documents for internal and external purposes Documentation of project results and follow-up of measures Maintenance of databases, stakeholder lists and monitoring tools Editorial support in the creation and optimization of briefings and reports
