Team Coordinator Customer and Order Management (m/w/d)

You work in an exciting and international environment and personally contribute to the success of the company. You expect challenging tasks and projects, such as

• completed, at least three years of commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or comparable qualification

• Comprehensive experience in order and complaint management

• Leadership experience in dealing with teams and employees

• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4, as well as in MS Office

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, high communication and convincing

• Technical instructions, planning and control of the employee capacity in the field of order management/clearing

• Self-employed daily control tasks to ensure predetermined target values, e.g. productivity and quality

• Coordination with other departments and external service providers in overarching topics

• Rarely develop proposals for process optimization and design of efficient workflows in order management

• Flexible working time models that adapt to the current situation of life (e.g. mobile work)

• 35h/week
