Location: Cologne-Südstadt (at Volksgarten) Working time: 30-40 hours/week | Mo–Fr, occasionally Sa | Core working time: 8–17 hours (from 3:30 pm) Initial salary: from 3,200 € gross (full time) + paid overtime, as well as numerous employee benefits

As Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Ausländer (m/w/d) you are an important link between sales, camps, customers and management. You work closely with our sales and consulting team, assists in order processing and ensures that our customers receive the service they deserve: personal, competent, binding.

Your tasks:

• Order processing and creation of offers
• Care & advice for commercial customers (painting companies, interior designers etc.) – telephone and business
• Support for sales: telephone acquisition, correspondence, customer phone
• Organization & implementation of our seminars (soa. ACADEMY)
• product presentation, clearing & assortment care
• Maintenance of customer data, storage & general office organization
• Close cooperation with purchasing, warehouse & management

What you should bring:**

• Completed commercial training (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade, office communication, retail) or comparable professional experience
• Experience in sales or customer contact – ideally B2B
• Good computer skills, safe handling of digital tools (ideally MS 365, OneDrive, macOS)
• Organizational and independent work
• Fun in dealing with people & pleasure in development
• Design will and delight in creative products
• Knowledge of colours, materials or crafts of advantage – but no need!

A formal education is not a must – your skills count.
