Compliance Manager*

In your role, you support the DAW Group's Chief Compliance Officer in the support and further development of the DAW Group's compliance management program. You advise local management in the regions and actively control the development of compliance strategies as well as local and group-wide compliance projects. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of group-wide compliance trainings. You control compliance risk management and set up and update policies with compliance. You develop different elements of compliance communication (e.g. newsletter) and develop reports for the Compliance Committee and the Management. You take over the monitoring of relevant compliance trends and standards and ensure the further development of governance within the group of companies.

You have an above-average degree in the field of law or Business law and first professional experience in a renowned (international) law firm, an audit firm or the compliance department of a company. You have a strong affinity to work with digital tools as well as an economic and intercultural mindset for interdisciplinary cooperation. You bring the willingness to travel within Western and Eastern Europe. You are characterized by very good knowledge of German and English, a high level of communication and an open and trustworthy appearance. You convince with enforcing power, paired with pronounced negligence and a predictive way of working.
