Designing the occupational pensions from concept to implementation – this is what distinguishes us as a Daimler Truck Pension team. As a small, specialized team in the area of Compensation & Benefits, we work every day to develop the company's supply systems at Daimler Truck attractively and in a sustainable manner. WHAT DOOR: As part of the Global Pension Governance, you agree on supply concepts with HR areas and subsidiaries, formulate decision-making templates and ensure the necessary approval processes in the relevant bodies.

You will develop the operational supply systems at Daimler Truck as well as the associated communication measures – taking into account personal policy and strategic objectives as well as external market developments.

You are working on policy and interpretation issues relating to pension schemes and occupational pension schemes in general.

You are professional contact for management, employee representation and internal departments (e.g. HR, legal department, tax department, accounting).

You take responsibility for questions of occupational retirement provision in projects, such as M&A transactions, transformation projects or compensation projects.

You ensure that common standards and guidelines are complied with.

DESHALB PASST YOU ON UNS: You have a degree in law or economics or a comparable qualification – ideally with place-specific study contents such as personal insurance, old age insurance or company pension law. You have several years of experience in German pensions (e.g. from a consultancy company or insurance company) and have very good knowledge of the legal bases of occupational pensions (company pensions, labour, tax and social security law). You have knowledge of German and English that is safe for negotiation. You have strong conceptual and analytical skills and can safely evaluate personal and/or remuneration issues in the context of the requirements of business partners and employee representation and derive the appropriate conclusions. You appear open, communicative and powerful. In addition, you have a very good expressiveness and can present complex topics in a comprehensible and structured manner. You're not bringing everything? No problem! Your skills are important to us, but more important is your motivation.
