Customer Service Contract Service Health Insurance (m/f/d)

The contract service of our customer service centres takes care of all processes of the health insurance contracts of our insured persons. We work in a solution-oriented, structured and fast way to offer our customers the best possible service. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: The insurance contracts of health insurance are in your best hands: You are responsible for new and new amendments and examine them with regard to health and financial risks, taking into account the adoption directives. You also have the legal framework in mind. Customers are confidently addressing you in matters relating to the insurance relationship: You take care of diverse business incidents such as contract changes, debt collection and termination processing. Customer orientation? You are highly appreciated by our customers as a competent contact person through your customer-oriented communication and problem-solving competence. For sales partners, you act as contact person: You answer all questions about health insurance products and actively support the creation of needs-based supply proposals.

Education: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Experience: Ideally, you have already gained (first) experience with health insurance products. Knowledge: You have good PC skills and are familiar with the medical insurance procedures. Personality: You are a team player and appreciate the exchange with your colleagues, the service-oriented communication with customers and also like to access the telephone receiver.
