What you do with us As part of your tasks, you support our management in the equipment industry. This includes the following subtasks.

• Recording inventory after templates of system accounting and entering inventory in SAP
• Creating location forms and inventory signs for newly created assets
• Distribution of inventory signs to the device managers and keep the return of the site forms
• Processing of inventory changes such as inventory envelopes or disposals
• Support in the planning and implementation of the annual inventory planning of inventory processes and dates,
• Evaluation and testing of the recorded inventory data
• Clearing of missing devices and recording of changes in the SAP
• Compilation of inventory documents under consideration of the requirement for legal proof

What you bring They have organizational skills and understanding of numbers and are happy to work independently and structured. Commercial vocational training would be desirable, as well as a practiced approach to the current MS Office application, ideally you already have first knowledge in the application of SAP. Good German knowledge of word and writing as well as a reliable way of working complete your profile.
