A task that challenges. With your experience, you are a stimulant:in and newcomers:in to HR topics. As a strategic:r partner:in you advise and advise the executives of your assigned area and support the business as a facilitator:in. You are the first contact person for all executives on strategic and basic personnel topics, changes in the team and personal HR topics (onboarding new employees, trial time). You are a contact person for our co-determination and work trustfully with this. In addition, you will advise on individual personal measures (including transfers, regroupings, annual compensation round). You work in different topics, such as separation management (incl. demolitions, terminations and exit interviews/offboarding, as well as the evaluation of new jobs (tarife arrangement) with HR-Kolleg:inside the roles Rewards and basic questions Labour Law Hand in hand. Special tasks and topics (e.g. call readiness or shift regulations, talent conference) complement your field of activity as well as measures that can arise from regular employee survey (real-time surveys). You guide and accompany projects and extensive processes and find solutions to specific business issues

Personal topics are your passion and you can rely on several years of experience in human resources management as well as generalistic experience with the entire HR product portfolio. Finding knowledge of labour law and co-determination processes is just as good as your broad knowledge of personnel recovery and development. You have a successfully completed study, ideally with the focus on personnel, economic, legal or social sciences or a comparable qualification. A further development, for example, of the direction of advice, coaching or the like is desirable.
