We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) who takes responsibility for our branded products and designs projects from product idea to market launch independently – both nationally and internationally

You take responsibility for the product management of our new and existing products (private label and brand) – nationally and internationally You coordinate and control the project management (internal & external) throughout the entire article development process – from formulation to printing You create clear project briefings for packaging design and conduct cooperation with external agencies, testing institutes and certification bodies You develop marketing concepts for the successful introduction of new products You analyse competitors, trends and markets, derive specific product recommendations and thus actively contribute to the strategic development of our product portfolio You create convincing decision templates and develop successful business cases You create communication materials and plan, coordinate and control photoshoots and video projects You work closely with internal departments and teams within the KRÜGER GROUP to ensure efficient project implementation

You have a degree with a focus on marketing, nutritional sciences or comparable training You bring several years of experience in product management and/or marketing – ideally in the private label, FMCG, food or coffee sector You combine analytical and conceptual thinking with creativity, enthusiasm and a high affinity for the food sector You are characterized by a pronounced performance and result orientation and react flexibly to changes You communicate safely in German and English in word and writing And most importantly, you share our passion for coffee and have the pleasure of designing innovative products and successfully placing them on the market
