Senior Consultant / Manager - Overall Bank Management - Savings Banks and Cooperative Banks (f|m|d)

You come from the practice of savings banks or cooperative banks, do bank and risk management not only know conceptually, but also in the system – and want to think beyond the standard? Here you can contribute your expertise: Supporting savings banks and cooperative banks in the further development of their bank and risk management as well as gradually taking responsibility for topics, work packages and subprojects. Processing of key issues of the bank and risk management, e.g. in profitability management, risk controlling, risk carrying capacity (ICAAP/MPR), treasury or regulatory environment. Development of sustainable solutions in the team as well as active support of our customers in transferring methodology and control logics to the banking control systems. Cooperation in the technical implementation of control and risk concepts in banking control systems (e.g. OSPlus Bank Control, IDH Bank Control, VR‐Control, agree21) and support in operational anchoring in processes and organisations. Conceptual development of integrated control approaches that make the strategy predictable and controllable – from overarching control logics to end-to-end processes to key-number systems. Further technical and methodological development of our consulting approaches for savings banks and partners as well as active support for acquisitions and supply processes.

Successful university degree, e.g. in economics (BWL/VWL), mathematics, natural sciences (e.g. physics) or business informatics. Professional experience in the world of savings banks and cooperative banks, in appropriate associations and methodological service providers or in consulting regional banks. You can use your knowledge in the areas of banking control, treasury, regulatorics or reporting and adapt it to the overall home strategy of a regional bank. Ideally, you will also bring know-how regarding common banking control systems (e.g. VR Control, agree21, OSPlus Bank Control (MPR, GBS, etc.)). Joy in solving complex questions as well as analytical and communicative strength – you can inspire people for zeb and your solutions. Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) in word and writing.
