For a customer in Rostock we are looking for a welder (m/w/d):
Your duties
- Welding of testable sheet metal and pipe connections to fine-grain steels in different positions (PA, PB, PC and PF) to prefabricated assemblies with material thicknesses of 6 to 100 mm
- Welding method 135 – MAG, as required also some other methods necessary
- Welding according to technical drawings under specifications by the welding and testing plan
- Welding according to general principles to avoid tensions and distortion or according to predetermined welding sequence plans
- extraction of root layers with carbon electrode
- Visual inspection of the work carried out according to our quality requirements
- Self-rotation of small assemblies using console or bridge cranes
- Work and use of welding tractors and devices, e.g. rotary tip tables or component manipulators
Your qualification
- Successfully completed training as a design mechanic or comparable training
- Specific professional experience desirable
- Valid MAG (135)
