We are looking for a dedicated CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) our team in Neuburg an der Donau, Bavaria. In this position: You are responsible for the precise processing of materials with the most modern CNC technology and thus contribute decisively to Quality of our products.

Tasks:

• Operation and programming of CNC milling and turning machines
• Manufacture of mechanical parts and assemblies
• manufacture of mechanical parts according to drawings, work plans and Lists in single and small series production
• Processing of explosives and explosives Components
• carry out maintenance or repair work as required, Initiation of major repairs
• detection of maintenance times and monitoring of Maintenance intervals
• Optimization and documentation of processing data
• Participation in the creation of production instructions Department
• Support for production in utilisation fluctuations

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (w/m/d), (m/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the operation and programming of CNC milling centers, ideally also turning centers
• Found experience with the control type Siemens, ideally also yiden hain
• Suitability for the purchase of the certificate according to § 20 Explosive law
• Knowledge and experience in handling hazardous materials
• Finded experiences in the application of Microsoft Office
• Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable
• High readiness, flexibility and reliability
• Self-employed and result-oriented thinking and working methods
