As an operating layer coordinator (w/m/d), you organize and control all day-to-day operations by coordinating internal material transports that enable timely supply of production. You will guide a team of about 20 employees to optimize existing warehouse processes and thus support the continuous development of the site. In addition, the safeguarding of production requirements and quality standards is one of your tasks. Last but not least, you are a model when it comes to safety, cleanliness and order, and you are worried about compliance with the appropriate measures. In all activities, you always look forward to close cooperation with the customer, production management and other departments.

You already have a completed training in a logistical area, as an alternative, you have several years of professional experience in the logistics industry or production. Experience in leadership of employees is desirable. The handling of the PC and the common office programs is unproblematic with you, ideally you could also gain experience with a warehouse management system. Supporting us in the 2-layer system is natural for you. Last but not least, you are reliable, strong in communication and you are characterized by your self-confident and friendly appearance, and you also bring very good German knowledge.
