How is the workflow? Start of work between 5:30 and 7:00 Preparation of individual components for our extensive breakfast buffet à la minute Preparation of egg dishes during the service Responsibility for a smooth running in the kitchen in the morning Mis-en-place for the next day Compliance with all hygiene rules and order in the kitchen

What's up? a well-maintained, neat, also casual appearance completed vocational training as a chef or several years of experience in the kitchen a courtesy and courteous radiation German or German language skills besides resilience & flexibility also motivation for new ideas
