What we plan together: For the non-commercial goods sector, we intend to establish uniform ordering processes for all demand carriers in the future. The Content & Supplier Enablement team supports the organization to open new catalogues and suppliers to our P2P Process / SAP Ariba. The team forms the interface between purchasing, IT, accounting and buyers.

What you do with us: You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the content, in particular the catalogues, in SAP Ariba Guided Buying, as well as for the connection of suppliers to the Ariba network, thus ensuring a smooth procurement process. You collect and advise the catalogue contents in SAP Ariba in close cooperation with the specialist shop and the supplier. You will ensure the data quality and consistency of the catalogue contents and implement operational guidelines. You support suppliers in connection with the SAP Ariba network and perform monitoring and reporting of supplier activities. Create documentation and guidance on the use of SAP Ariba and carry out appropriate training for users and suppliers. You support the analysis of transaction/user/supplier data and the derivation of measures to improve user-friendliness and process efficiency.

Experiences in supplier management and/or master data management are advantageous. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
