You terminate contracts and calculate the resulting claims for damages You instruct third parties to secure the object and coordinate the appropriate measures You initiate the recovery of objects to achieve the best possible results You conduct negotiations with debtors about payment methods and may prepare Comparatives or acquisition of non-performing contracts You enforce demands within the framework of forced execution and ensure successful enforcement You tax insolvency processes and work closely with external service providers, lawyers and insolvency administrators You instruct and coordinate external lawyers in judicial procedures to ensure smooth handling

You have successfully completed a commercial training as a lawyer (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring knowledge and experience from receivable management You have very good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing in German You can control the current MS Office applications safely You have a strong communication strength and make your contribution to the team You bring a high quality orientation and work structured and solution-oriented You show engagement and work independently
