Our department (VAN/OED - Production planning Rohbau) is responsible for the holistic planning of production processes. This includes: Concept creation, planning of production processes, plants and facilities, resources, material flow and supply, employee use (production times), economic use of capital, employees and material costs Working in quality management and processes to improve effectiveness Car development in new products and changes, as well as know-how transfer between the Van production sites Current projects include automation projects, quality assurance concepts, product change projects and various process optimization projects Our team consists of 12 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. We participate in internal and external specialist events to see where the market and where we are currently standing Various projects are carried out as part of the production planning activities. The aim is to prepare the projects in such a way that You can be written out. The tasks include the compilation of information, analysis and technical and economic considerations. In addition, one of the tasks is to support the respective planner for a defined area in various topics and to take over cross-sectional tasks. These challenges include: Preparation and participation in the preparation of documents within the framework of project coordination Documentation and reporting of subprojects Detailing of planning volumes Creation of decision templates, schedules, etc. for project meetings and bodies Creation of presentations and documentation for various topics Summary, coordination and communication of the concepts created in the fields Recording/tracking dates, project history and project status Planning, coordination and communication of weekend activities Implementation and monitoring of trials Implementation of meetings and preparation of protocols Preparation of plant removal, production and tracking of defect lists Creation of work instructions and process descriptions Development of methods and procedures Communication with the relevant interlocutors The activity can begin from March 2026.
