You are in daily exchange with tenants: inside, colleagues: inside – by phone, email or personally. As a service professional, you will take care of the questions and wishes of our tenants: inside, find solutions for their questions and problems and stay friendly and professional even in demanding subjects. Places of use during training.

Most of the time you work in our customer service in Essen. As part of a 3-month deployment, you can get to know the HR Department and another customer service location in a different city.
