Transaction management: You are taxing and responsible for rental contract transactions as well as sales and sales internationally for commercial users. Contract and auxiliary cost analysis: You check commercial leases and additional cost accounting for economic risks and savings potential. Strategy advice: You advise international clients on strategy, market and location analyses at global level – data-based and AI-based. Portfolio and financial analysis: You carry out financial and qualitative reviews from a user perspective.

Experience: 2–5 years in the field of commercial real estate, including commercial or real estate training or a study in real estate, BWL or comparable. Analytical and financial know-how: knowledge in Excel, cash flow analyses and presentation software are of course for you. You expect rental offers including incentives, seasoning and indexing to comparable values and can explain the result in a decision template. Technology affinity: You are curious about new platforms – data, automation and artificial intelligence you see as a chance to improve decision-making processes. AI prompting is safe. Communication and negotiation strength: You can understand complex facts and convince them in negotiations. German and English knowledge in word and writing is a prerequisite. Team player with entrepreneurship: You like working in dynamic teams, being self-organized, learning quickly and keeping track of multiple priorities.
