You are responsible for developing and providing comprehensive technical support for our authorized service centers (ASCs) and our Contact Center. This includes training and the creation of helpful materials such as technical manuals and video tutorials. By accurately observing product return requests, warranty claims and customer complaints on the market, you help to identify recurring technical problems that need to be reported to our manufacturing teams. They provide advanced technical support (second level) for customers and internal departments and ensure that all requests are processed in accordance with our defined quality standards and performance indicators (KPIs). During the testing and approval process for product returns or exchanges, you can support our National Authorized Service Centers (NASCs) with expert technical advice.
