Your mission to us You take over the management and coordination of demanding projects in the field of construction planning and architecture – structured, responsible and with a wide view. You control the execution planning in the performance phase 5 including creation, testing and coordination of execution and detail plans. You conduct project and planning meetings, moderate consultations and ensure transparent documentation. You co-ordinate internal teams, external specialist planners:inside and project participants – binding, clear and at eye level. You always keep in mind appointments, budgets, quality as well as technical and economic project goals. You think in processes, drive projects from the first concept to the implementation actively and develop our internal processes together with the team.

That's what you bring Complete study of architecture or civil engineering (Diplom / Bachelor / Master). Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in performance phases 2–5. Specialized knowledge of design planning and relevant regulations of planning and construction law. Safe handling of 3D programs, ideally Revit. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a pragmatic view. Communication strength, empathy and joy in coordinating different project participants. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Interest in modern planning methods such as BIM or Lean Construction – and the desire to go new ways together.
