Your tasks:
- You work actively in the team to meet product-related guidelines, laws and other requirements, both in the case of goods from third countries and the EU. You are in intensive contact with our suppliers in Germany and abroad and organise compliance with the legal requirements together with our partners.
- Currently this applies (especially, but not exclusively) EUTR/EUDR, CBAM, EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility), GPSR, LkSG, in future DPP. (The necessary training on these topics is provided by us).
- On the sales side, you organize that the requirements and legal requirements are met in the respective target markets.
- You identify new relevant laws, updates and other requirements and make sure that these are implemented in the field of economic feasibility on time.
- You develop and update internal policies and processes to comply with compliance requirements. Also make sure that all relevant data is up to date.

- You work closely with the areas Product Management, Purchasing, Law and Product Development and are a contact person (m/w/d) for compliance questions.
Your profile:
- You have a legal background and experience in the interpretation and implementation of laws and regulations.
- You have knowledge in the field of legal compliance rules – ideally also specifically about the aforementioned legal requirements.
- You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing to communicate safely with international partners and regulatory authorities.
- You are safe in handling IT systems and the common MS Office tools.
