Responsible project management for the planning and creation of urban planning concepts, integrated urban development concepts and preparatory studies according to § 141 BauGB Project management and coordination of actors to achieve project objectives Responsible project management for the planning and creation of concepts in the field of climate protection, mobility, smart cities as well as energetic quartering concepts Planning and implementation of participation formats and public relations in the supervised projects Urban-strategic consultation of municipalities and third parties Presentation and representation of concepts in political bodies and in front of the public

completed study of urban, spatial and regional planning; alternative similar qualification with corresponding professional experience Experience in the processing of conceptual (informal) planning Experience in the initiation and implementation of participation processes Knowledge of climate, climate change adaptation, energy, mobility, smart city and/or formal planning are desirable Safe handling of the MS Office package as well as, if necessary, other specialist applications (e.g. GIS programs) Good communicative skills combined with pronounced project management skills and a structured way of working Embossed presentation skills
