Your duties Customer advice and support:

independent advice and support of our customers in the fields of prevention, Capital investment and in particular occupational pensions (bAV) Analysis of individual customer needs and development of tailor-made precautionary and investment strategies Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Sales and acquisition: Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships with focus on sales successes Acquisition of employees, possibly also employers Completion of relevant products Identification and use of cross-selling potentials Market and product knowledge: Continuous monitoring of market trends and legal frameworks Department of Prevention and Investment Participation in internal and external training to ensure the expertise

Completed vocational training in the area of bank, insurance or comparable Qualifications Expertise and sales experience in the fields of pension and finance Comprehensive expertise and proven experience in consulting and sales of precautionary and investment products, preferably with a focus on the company Pensions (bAV) Section 34d GewO (Insurance) and Section 34f GewO (Financial facilities) Representative communication and consulting skills Structured, independent and targeted working with a detectable orientation of success Significant interest in consulting and selling sustainable financial and precautionary products Teamability and flexibility Ready to represent the ÖKOWORLD at external events
