As a strategic stimulus for our portfolio architecture, you work in addition to the Tribes. You take responsibility in early, still unclear phases and develop concepts that combine corporate strategy with portfolio strategy and product portfolio.

Your focus: customer vision, clarity and orientation for the entire portfolio - in close exchange incl. Advising service, business areas and management board. For the portfolio architecture, you design and manage the method-strategic framework and ensure the orientation of the corporate strategy and the service field. In doing so, you are using strategic impulses and contributing to the further development of the portfolio strategy. You translate strategic goals into portfolio architecture and develop product architecture from a banking perspective. You are a central interface to the Enterprise Architecture and IT domains. Ensuring strategic quality, consistency in the portfolio and implemented consistent processes are a high value for you. In addition, you define and implement a cross-business stakeholder management. Due to cross-site cooperation, a high level of commitment and readiness to travel is required.

Personality with profile You have a successfully completed (Master) degree in Computer Science/Business Administration and relevant multi-year professional experience in strategy development, portfolio or product management or a comparable qualification. Your deep understanding of IT architectures and digital transformation ideally distinguish you from strategy consulting. In addition, your long-term (financial) industry and market knowledge as well as a high IT affinity. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about knowledge of English (C1 level) Your analytically conceptual thinking and your entrepreneurial action as well as your ability to persuasively characterize you. As a networker*in you are keen to experiment and innovation, close to the customer and can bring experiences from agile organizational structures. Your willingness to change, take responsibility and flexibly address situations and challenges will complete your profile.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between €89,000 and €130,000, depending on the experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
