Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Leonberg PreMaster*in with the field of application in XC/EXA1 (Governance & Excellence for pattern topics). The focus is on support, such as increasing the profitability of pattern business, pattern reporting and Preview planning of sample needs within the XC Sales Organisation. As part of the PreMaster program, your focus will be on the pre-series business in project management. You take responsibility for reporting relevant key figures, as well as foreseeing parts needs within the sales organization worldwide. In your own project, you create your own Power BI dashboard, work on the further development of existing dashboards and bring your own ideas with you. Together with the team, you develop concepts for increasing profitability and are actively involved in the implementation and follow-up of the measures. In support of sales colleagues, you will learn about the important building blocks of all processes in project and acquisition management.

Education: Above average completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, international business management, BWL or comparable and the concrete intention subsequently to take up a master's degree. Experiences and know-how: Very good knowledge of all MS Office programs, especially MS Excel incl. Data processing and processing using pivot tables. In addition, Power BI knowledge necessary for the further development of a modern dashboard, for understanding databases and coding/programming of advantage. Qualification: Higher education (Bachelor) Personality and working methods: Analytical thinking, secure communication in German and English, structured and independent working methods. Working day: The working day is the group XC/EXA1, within the division XC/EXA1. Within the department there are project managers, acquisition managers and a group with central functions for project management & sample topics. Daily international cooperation with colleagues outside Germany. Enthusiasm: Project Management, Process Management, Power BI, Databases, Excel, Automotive Industry. Languages: German and English in word and writing.
