Are you ready to start as a welder (m/w/d) in a company in Gersthofen? Your skills and precise working methods are required to implement challenging metalworking projects. You will work in early and late shifts and be part of a motivated and committed team that attaches value to quality and innovation. Your main tasks include welding metal components, implementing technical drawings and ensuring a smooth production line.

• Welding of components and constructions according to technical drawings
• Maintenance and maintenance of welding equipment
• Testing of welded materials for quality and accuracy
• Participation in continuous improvement processes in production
• Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

We are looking for

For this position we do not need a perfect German knowledge – ideally you speak Croatian, Russian or Romanian. However, you should have some basic qualifications and experiences that make you succeed in this role. Your technical understanding and team spirit are just as important as your commitment.

• First experience in metalworking or welding
• readiness to work in early and late shifts
• Basic knowledge of German language, additional knowledge of Croatian, Russian or Romanian
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Motivation and loadability in a production environment
