The RIG team develops and maintains selective contracts at the interface between politics and care. We are working on new solutions for health challenges. The aim is to develop health care structurally with innovative offers. In addition to the contracts referred to in § 140a SGB V (special care), the RIG team is also responsible for the contracts of the TK for hospitalized care (HzV) according to § 73b SGB V.

Your tasks

• Existing selective contracts according to § 73b (HzV) and § 140a SGB V (special care) maintain and develop
• Design and negotiate new contracts with service providers, associations and partners in healthcare
• Monitoring contract implementation and control the financial and qualitative achievement of targets
• Advise internal and external stakeholders in all contractual issues

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of health management, business management or a comparable qualification
• Experience in contract management and cooperation with medical service providers and health care institutions
• Knowledge of the legal basis of SGB V, in particular §§ 73b and 140a
• Representative communication and negotiation competence
• Team skills, initiative and structured working
