As a production employee (m/w/d), you can expect an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a team responsible for the production and quality assurance of products. Your tasks include the operation of machines and the monitoring of production processes to ensure the highest standards. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production and proactively search for improvements.

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines
• You make sure that the production processes run efficiently and without errors
• You work closely with the team to implement quality standards
• You support the maintenance and repair of machines

We are looking for

For the position as a production employee (m/w/d), we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for details and a passion for quality. You should be ready to learn new things and be able to adapt yourself in a fast-paced environment

• Ideally, you have a completed technical training, but is not a mandatory requirement
• You have first experience in production or are ready to acquire it
• You are ready to work in layers
• You have basic computer skills
