completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or studies Professional experience in contract and license management from the IT service provider environment Very good knowledge in MS Office products, including MS PowerPoint Knowledge of manufacturers Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, IBM, etc. Structured, solution- and target-oriented operation High service and customer orientation Very good time management and organizational talent High responsibility for ownership and enforcement German in Word and Writing, negotiating and contract-proof English
