Senior Specialist Central Purchasing (m/f/d)

You design, establish and manage a holistic licensing and contract management You actively anchor the DORA conformity in purchasing and service provider management and provide clear documentation, transparency and burdensome controls. You take over the independent control of complex procurement and negotiation processes and represent the interests of the company sovereignly to internal and external stakeholders In your role, you are responsible for the management of service providers and suppliers As a central interface, you work closely with IT, finance, risk management and compliance You take over the technical management and active cooperation in the selection and introduction of a new purchasing tool, from the requirement definition to process design to governance As a Sparring partner at eye level, our executives and departments will advise you on all questions relating to purchasing, contract topics and licenses

You have completed their studies (e.g. business, business informatics) or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in strategic purchasing, licensing or contract management, ideally in a regulated industry (e.g. insurance, bank, IT service provider Your deep understanding of IT contracts, licenses and service provider models allows you to safely handle complex contractual arrangements You have experience with regulatory requirements such as DORA or MaRisk and know how to implement them in practice With your project and method thickness as well as experience in tool introductions Ensure efficient, planning implementation High analytical and conceptual strength is just as good as your view for the whole With your enforcing ability, communication strength and structured working, you act convincingly at challenging interfaces and thus complete your profile
