The workplace is in Schwäbisch Hall.

These are your tasks:

• They advise employees with the aim of integration into the labour market.
• They provide professional activation and integration services.
• They acquire and occupy work and training places.
• They work with other authorities, educational institutions and third parties.

Take this with you:

• a completed study in the advanced non-technical administration service or a comparable qualification, e.g. B. a completed training for the management specialist
• alternatively a completed study as a social pedagogue or Social workers with state recognition or in a degree course that matches the above tasks
• alternatively work certificates and proofs of further training that show that you have equivalent skills and experience
• well-founded knowledge in the areas of vocational education, target-group-specific labour market and training market as well as operational personnel
• Basic knowledge of service marketing
• Experience in working with products, programs and procedures in the domain of the Social Code
