Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control house technology as well as minor repairs
• You take care of the waste delivery and care of outdoor areas
• You are responsible seasonally for the winter service in your object
• You work about 12 hours a week

What you bring

• You ideally have a craftsmanship or several years of professional experience
• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You have a class B driver's license and preferably your own car
• You have a high degree of reliability
• You convince with your dedicated and independent way of working
