For the Production C/S Banking Platform, Department of Management Production Architecture, Configuration Management department, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hannover or Münster site IT Service Management Configuration Manager (m/w/d).

The Configuration Management department provides one of the essential IT Service Management (ITSM) processes of financial computer science. With a uniform and consolidated data model and inventory of IT systems, a variety of automated processes are served in the company. Note: The department is currently located exclusively at the Hanover site.

Monitoring and Control of Configuration Management Process Development of the process with the market-leading tool 'ServiceNow'' Conception, planning and design of the company-wide data model for a Configuration Management System (CMS) including the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Auditing and monitoring of audits in the company Adviser in the context of internal customers and decision-making Monitoring the process through regular checks and recognition of optimization potential
