Own-sponsored processing of complex undue and titulated receivables and the development of individual solutions also outside standard procedures Written and telephone correspondence with debtors:inside, lawyers:inside, courts, client:inside and other parties to proceedings the implementation of judicial dunning procedures, the processing of insolvency behaviour and the initiation and monitoring of appropriate follow-up measures Examination of the economic circumstances of debtors:inside, negotiation and implementation of payment agreements, comparisons and safeguards Preparation of enforcement measures, monitoring of deadlines and dates and documentation of all relevant transactions in the collection system Editing complex topics, support for new colleagues, compilation of reports and cooperation on projects as a specialist contact person

Completed training as lawyers and notaries:r, a commercial training with experience in the debt collection industry or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience, ideally more than 5 years, in receivable management and sound knowledge in judicial dunning and disputed procedures

Experience in specialized areas such as forced execution, insolvency law or processing

Very good knowledge of MS Office and a pronounced understanding of collection processes

Analytical Thinking Power, Enforcement Strength and a Structured and Responsible Working

Good knowledge of German, secure written expression and high self-motivation and team skills
