Machine operation: operation of CNC lathes and milling machines (DMG; HERMLE) to ensure efficient and effective production. Programming and setup: independent programming (Siemens control) and machine setup to ensure accuracy and precision. Process management: monitoring the entire production process from programming to the final product, focusing on express and prototype production. Production: single and series production, mainly small series with a focus on stainless steel. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of process and quality documentation to ensure compliance and professionalism. Process improvement: support for process engineers in the development of production processes and proposals for continuous improvements.

Requirements: (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience are desirable. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of the German language in word and writing. Skills for success in this role: Engagement: High commitment and flexibility in a dynamic working environment. Multi-machine operation: ability and readiness to operate multiple machines efficiently at the same time. Teamwork: Strong team skills and self-responsibility. Shiftwork: willingness and ability to work in flexible layers.
