Operational support in the Learning Journey for executives in all activities, especially in the event organisation Maintenance of the database of participants including management of the invitation process, evaluation of the presences and quality management Close coordination with expert experts:inside and regional teams (stakeholder management) Support for ad hoc tasks of the entire corporate learning team (presentations, workshop preparation etc.)
You are registered:r Student:in the field of (economic) psychology, HR, event management or similar with first experience or interest in HR topics, especially Learning & Development Your Hands-on mentality with organizational talent You have experience in the application of MS Office, especially when creating presentations and data evaluation using Excel or a strong affinity for it Your outstanding oral and written communication talent in English and German completes your profile
