In order to continuously develop this solution and always optimally match the needs of the market and our customers, we are looking for you as Product Owner (m/w/d).

You want to help shape products that create real added value? As Product Owner (m/w/d), you take the responsibility to bring our industry solution to the next level – together with a strong team! For this, you act as an interface between our stakeholders and the development team. Through this close cooperation, you identify and analyze the requirements of our target groups and prioritise them according to business value and customer value. You know the processes in one of our core industries – manufacturing industry, trade, non-profit or occupational retirement – and speak the language of our customers. You can not only understand their requirements, but also translate them into clear, implementable user stories. You make sure our development team always works with a prioritized backlog and the product vision never gets out of sight. To ensure that new features offer real added value and our customers are thrilled in the long term. With your commitment you are driving the further development of our solution decisively. In close cooperation with the development teams and stakeholders, you will: Recording, analysis and assessment of requirements and market needs Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria Care and Priority of Product Backlogs Implementation of sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives Conducting tests during and after implementation Release for productive use Documentation of the solution together with the Technical Editor Visit of trade fairs and congresses

You have a successfully completed study or training in the field of computer science, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification You have over 3–5 years of professional experience in product responsibility or a similar role An understanding and experience with business processes in one of our core industries (production/industry, trade, non-profit or occupational retirement) Practical experience in cooperation with agile development teams Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a good technical understanding are easy for you You have a talent to capture, prioritize complex topics and to prepare them for others in a comprehensible manner Very good knowledge of German in Word and Writing (min. C1), English skills are advantageous
