You fully support our branch in all commercial matters. In doing so, you take responsibility in accounting and ensure the smooth examination, release and creation of invoices. In addition, you tax the applicant and recruitment management, the management of contracts and accompany new employees from the application to successful onboarding. Administrative personnel topics also fall into your task area and you ask for a timely forwarding of all relevant documents to the headquarters. You care and update our HR system Workday and contribute to the quality and topicality of our personal data.

You have a successfully completed training in the commercial sector. In addition, you bring at least 2 years of relevant professional practice in commercial activities, experience in logistics is advantageous here. As a reliable team player that combines a high degree of self-responsibility with communication skills, you can score with us. You convince with a structured and conscientious way of working and a hand-on mentality. In dealing with MS-Office, especially in Excel and Word, you could already acquire good knowledge.
