Introduction of tools and methods for optimizing work protection processes, in particular action tracking, including: Planning, control and implementation of new instruments, methods and projects Creation and implementation of risk assessments and instructions, including: Participation and coordination of risk assessments in the areas, including mental stress Monitoring and implementation of hygiene training and measures, including: Implementation of the protection of infection according to Sections 42, 43 as well as the follow-up in the areas of housing and work Monitoring of central industrial safety processes and coordination of effectiveness controls, including: Monitoring of risk assessments. Ensure that all areas are regularly assessed and the documentation is complete Advice and communication, including Advising management, facility management and employees with regard to the further development and implementation of work protection processes Organisation and documentation, including Maintenance of occupational safety documentation (instructions, risk assessments, operating instructions) Project management and further development of operational work protection processes, including Initiation, planning and control of cross-departmental work protection projects

Completed relevant vocational training with additional qualification in occupational and health protection (in particular specialist in occupational safety, safety officer, SiGeKo) or comparable qualification with relevant reference to the organisation, control or safety of work processes Multiannual professional experience in a responsible function, in particular in the organisation, control or quality assurance of workflows Ability to independently manage projects and processes Safe appearance and communication skills Very good knowledge of German and very good written expressiveness Safe handling of MS Office Ability to work independently and structured Team and Conflictability Remarkable: Additional qualification ‘work protection coordination’ in an accident insurance Experience in carrying out training, risk assessments and instruction or in the guidance of employees Knowledge of the assessment of mental stress in the workplace Social experience
