In this job as a key user/sach processing, you are contact for your team for process optimization and instruction management. You work closely and trustfully with the key users and process consultants. The focus is the end to end process. In the day-to-day business, you are for the processing of owner changes, legal consequences and renames. For the monitoring and maintenance of all dates in cooperation with the downstream specialist departments, you are responsible to the customer and also take over the communication. Your tasks are rounded off in the area of termination management and administrator changes.

You have a completed vocational training and ideally first professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the interior. With popular MS Office programs like Excel and Word, you are very familiar, ideally you can also present SAP knowledge. You have a structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working. You have a good technical understanding to understand our products and have a high affinity for digital solutions.
