Organisation and coordination of construction projects Call for proposals for works and materials Technical clarification and coordination with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Material ordering and time monitoring for ongoing construction sites Staff assignment and support of management in organizational matters Examination and requirement of inventory plans

Closed commercial training with technical reference (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, businessman/wife for office management) or technical training with commercial understanding (e.g. Bauzeichner/-in, technician/-in, road builder/-in) First professional experience in project coordination, construction management or construction site management – ideally in civil or road construction Embossed technical understanding of construction processes and material use Structured, independent working and organizational talent Communication strength and team capacity
