A large project will be used to renew DSRV's central IT within the framework of a program structure comprising 11 different IT projects. The DSRV currently operates on the basis of historically grown IT (infra) structures and has already begun extensive modernization measures. The complex project is therefore of central importance in order to take significant steps to secure the future for the DSRV and thus also for the DRV Bund. As an interface between the specialist website and IT, you translate complex business processes into technical requirements and manage communication to create demand-oriented transparency and sustainable documentation Initiating and perceiving the need-oriented and continuous exchange with stakeholders as well as building a target-group-specific solution-oriented operation Design and transfer of solutions in IT processes and in specialist procedures Own-responsible analysis and design of complex requirements of existing and new specialist and IT processes Jointly tuning the results obtained with the relevant specialist and development teams Evaluate and prioritize requirements Checking the technical feasibility within the framework of predefined standards with respect to relevant sustainability aspects Initiating, performing and maintaining feasibility analyses

A successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT field or a similar subject (for example, business informatics, management informatics) or an equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) with at least 2 years of practical professional experience or completed IT training with at least 2 years of practical professional experience or comparable practical experience of at least 3 years in the specified task area At least 2 years of job-relevant professional experience and current knowledge, especially in the context of business analysis, in request analysis, process modeling and IT-based optimization of business processes Experience with model-based development (MBSE) of business processes in UML and BPMN as well as agile methods (Scrum, KanBan), with tools such as Jira and Confluence Ideally, you have knowledge of software development processes and the software industry Technical understanding of databases, web services, API design and software architectures is beneficial and APIs, JSON, REST and GraphQL should not be foreign words Willingness to work on new issues in a structured manner, openness to changes and a pronounced addressable communication strength and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner and to take into account the views and interests of others, complete your profile
