Calculator TGA | Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibility for electrotechnical costing (TGA) of turnkey construction projects in the building Calculation of budgets Creation of performance directories Acquisition and evaluation of offers of contractors and suppliers Participation in contracts with contracting entities and subcontractors Identification and assessment of the opportunities, risks and cost increases as well as follow-up calculations in cooperation with the operational project teams Cooperation with other departments and external parties (customers, planners, subcontractors) to receive details and information about the project Procurement and negotiation of subcontractors Development of special proposals and alternatives Local visits to our nationwide construction sites

Completed studies in the field of building/energy/electrical/supply technology or comparable training as plant mechanic / electrician / engineer / master / technician or equivalent professional experience excl. 2-3 years of professional experience 1-2 years of professional experience in TGA calculation in electrical engineering works A high level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Independent, structured and responsible work, logical thinking & analytical skills Team player, open communication & positive occurrence, but also enforcement Stress-resistant, does not get rid of the rest so quickly, even the extra mile Conditional readiness (2-3x per month)

37.5-hour week.
