Team Leader Group Controlling / Group Controlling (m/f/d)

As a team management group controlling, you take over the professional and disciplinary management of 5 employees and ensure their motivation and further development. Together with your team, within the BLG you support the business units with their nearly 100 locations and branches in financial matters. Financial Planning & Analyses: You coordinate and monitor planning and budgeting processes, generate quarterly forecasts, ad hoc analyses and target-actual comparisons and ensure regular reporting in compliance with the reporting structures. Investment controlling: You are responsible for a standardized investment controlling – from investment decision to deinvestment – and are constantly monitoring and optimizing related processes. Consultation: As a business partner, BLG's departments, management and companies are strategically and operationally supported by your expertise and provide KPIs with the basis for sound decisions. Digitalization & Process Optimization: You continue to design our financial controlling in a future-proof manner, develop tools and methods in the sense of increasing efficiency and accompany or manage projects to introduce new software or reporting standards. Interfaces: A cooperative interaction between internal specialist departments forms the basis of your work.

Here are your professional skills and personal strengths: Qualification: Your basis is a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting or you are comparable qualified. Professional Practice: You can look back on many years of experience – at least 10 years – in corporate controlling and/or consulting and have already led a team professionally and disciplinefully. Know-how: You are routined in financial planning, reporting and project controlling. You safely apply SAP S/4HANA, in particular FI/CO modules, and use SAC's controlling systems for modern financial management. Leadership style: You act vigorously and take others in your decisions. Communication: You can concise complex facts, communicate solution-oriented and always meet the right sound for different stakeholders.
