Housing procurement manager (m/f/d)

As a contract manager:in Wohnungsbau (m/w/d), you take a key role in our projects. You are responsible for the structured preparation, implementation and control of procurement processes in housing construction. Your goal is to ensure economic, timely and quality awards and to consistently keep in mind project objectives, cost budgets, schedules and technical requirements.

Development and control of procurement strategies for demanding housing projects Coordination of tender documents and ensuring their quality in close cooperation with planning, construction management and external specialist planners Creation of tenders, evaluation of incoming offers and derivation of sound award recommendations Control and coordination of the interfaces between the individual structures Accompanying and conducting bidding talks and contract negotiations with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality and dates Ensure that costs, technical requirements and project objectives are consistently taken into account in all procurement processes Close cooperation with project development, construction management, cost management as well as procurement and law Early recognition of risks, development of economic solutions and active participation in the further development of our award standards Examination and evaluation of secondary offers, alternative proposals and special technical solutions

A completed study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in tendering, awarding or technical project management in housing Funded knowledge of VOB, BGB works contract law and common procurement processes A secure handling of performance directories, price levels as well as AVA software and common MS Office applications A structured, analytical and self-responsive way of working, as well as the ability to keep an overview even in challenging project situations. Negotiating skills, economic thinking and a pronounced technical understanding Joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams and a sovereign communication with internal and external project partners Ideally market knowledge in the regional building and craftsman environment
